l see porpoises all the time just outside of the Golden Gate (SF Bay). Last time l really saw WHALES was in the Gulf of St. Lawrence - saw minke whales in July, 2000

Last year l took a visit down to Cape Cod and went on a boat ride where we saw the whales.. It is really something to see for sure. l especially love the Dolphins though.They're so sweet and so intelligent and watching a Dolphin leap through the air really gives me a special sense of awe.

l have yet to see one but l have seen a basking shark, porpoise, seals and jellyfish.

All the time, here in Puget Sound and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. We see orcas, grays, or minkes almost every day, and occasionally humpbacks.

Last October while bottom fishing just outside the jetty is at Brookings Or. The sucker surfaced close enough to touch, then moved away and hung around for a while, then went south.

l do not remember seeing whales..but l have certainly seen seals on many occasions during my annual summer trips to the USA..the last time was probably in August 2007, which is the last time l was there.
