Does anybody know if there is a 4000 watt generator invented that has a button starter like they do for cars now? So that l can be in my camper and hit a button and it will start right up?

onan makes the best ones for campers and they come in many sizes, including ones MUCH bigger than 4000 watt

Honda EV4010 would seem to fit the bill. It is designed for RVs.

Most generators that are designed to be installed in RVs have the option of a remote control panel so that it can be started and stopped from inside the vehicle.

There are a number of generators that will do this.

Generators for boats and for RVs are simular requireing some of the same safety needs.

Check Home Depot and LOWES.. they have contractors generators with electric start. a 4KW one is about $1000

It is not a new invention. Onan manufacturers several models. Some with automatic start and the rest with push button start.
