Trying to decide what freebies to offer at boat shows in exchange for filling out a survey. Would you prefer a FREE:
1) t-shirt
2) cap
3) floating keychain
4) $5 itunes card
5) a chance to win an iphone

Any other suggestions?

iphone would be nice BUT a chance to win $100 or more in free gas would be great!

A floating key chain and a chance to win a $100 gift certificate to a local boat store IE: West Marine, Boater is World, Etc.

Most practical would be a cap to keep the sun off your head and a floating keychain to save those keys that do not seem to be to important untill they drop into the water.

Name brand Beach Towels.

Yamaha sent us a nice set after our purchase. WOW, really was nice. And if they get the advertising, it can not hurt. Every time someone sees them on our boat, l think, what a concept!

Give a boater something they use almost every outing!

tools, orange flags, life vests, throw cushions, fire extinguisher, whistles, air horns, beer bongs, wake boards, tubes, knee boards, rope, cup holders, bumpers, floating key chains, bbq's. t-shirts, hats, sunblock, glasses.

Ball caps will sucker a boat owner in a second. T-shirts are too expensive. Key chains are too bulky. Itune cards are for an entirely different generation. as is the Iphone raffle. Most boat owners are over 30 and are not really happy or comfortable with Ipods and phones.

But even better, an oil measuring container premarked for 50:1 with a drip-proof spout.

l lost my hat while sailing. It flew off my head into the water and down it went. Give me something to stop that from happening again.

A floating key chain is good.

A boater is supply catalog with a discount coupon for your first order would interest me.

My vote is for Towel,s not the brightly colored ones, no stripes or Plads just a variety of Single colored ones. Because boats do not come in Plad.
no Itune thing,s and Boat,s and cell phones dont play well together.
Hat,s are OK cant have to many of them but Most women dont wear hat,s

l like both t-shirts (but sizes present an issue) & hats (problem is that everyone likes a different fit)
Think out of the box. Like a grometted towel for boats. Golfers use them all the time on their bags, but boaters use them for fishing. call them groper gut rags, perhaps something more appealing. We have use a company out of Tallahasse, Fl that has produced really nice embroidered hats, screen printed t-shirts & towels..
